Brand new station.
Lady would not take my propane cylinder exchange. Said there was no sticker with expiry. I showed her expiry engraved in tank, she would not do it. I told her that the tank was bought this year, from the same company supplying tanks to them. And it did not have a sticker when it was sold to me. Train your people better! Went to another store where they treated me like they wanted my business. Just skip going to pioneer. Go across the street to MacEwens.
Horrible customer service. The lady was so rude and refused to allow me to go to the bathroom despite me being a paying customer. Would not recommend at all. The lady working there did not care about anything. Was very disappointed because as a corporate pioneer you have expectations that there are standards.
I went there to purchase something and the door was locked and nobody was inside, leaving me out in the cold while I waited briefly for an employee. This is unacceptable. Imagine if I was there for gas and I had to wait there until an employee showed up!
The Male Female duo, which seems to be the owners are very rude. The female wasn't wearing a mask. They didn't let me use the washroom even though it seemed perfectly fine. They really don't care about the customers. Not going to this place again.
The male/female duo who appear to run the new pioneer gas station in Exeter were rude to 2 family members who are front line workers. They bought fuel there and took advantage of the discount Pioneer was offering for front line workers during the initial stage of Covid-19. The managers were rather snarky and didn't even know where South Huron Hospital was....3 TIMES!! Also weren't allowing all front line workers to take advantage of the program. We no longer frequent this establishment. They don't seem to be community minded whatsoever.
