Felt a bit like a spare part when we arrived and felt all the staff were ignoring us. When we needed to look at vans and got someone's attention, we had good service.

We bought a sterling continental from Martins recently . The attitude , commitment, after service and customer care was second to none ! If your thinking of buying a caravan go to Martin's the experience will be wonderful and the caravans and after service excellent.

OK, not a great selection in the shop considering it's size. Staff can be a little preoccupied at their desks and you have to disturb them to get any service. It is definitely a self service shop.
