Easy service collecting my items I purchased online. Ring the automated number to inform the staff your in the car park, and within a few minutes my items are brought out to myself.

Huge furniture retailer, if you don't know about IKEA already where have you been? The IKEA in Exeter is easy to get to, with plenty of parking. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get in because of the social distancing policy they have put in place, which wasn't bad. Also, the restaurant was closed, usually we always eat there because the food is really tasty and quite reasonable, especially for families. The showrooms are full of great examples of how to use their products and there really isn't any other business like them. Great furniture, great friendly staff and will always recommend.

This place is just brilliant. The designers of the show room clearly put lots of thought into how they set up their display rooms. I always walk out with more stuff than I intended to buy because they have such novel items! Have been many times and will go many more.

Due to Covid 19 click n collect only January 2021 . Well set out but look for the instructions on how to collect your goods. Saves you time and stop you having to wait too long.

Cannot fault their click and collect service, other than to say their minimum order to avoid \picking\ charge is rather high. However, collection process is second to none! Well done IKEA!
