Very disappointed that these guys are clearly misusing the internet auction site and their 'no come back' T&C. Electrical power tool items with Failed PAC test stickers on but photos taken specifically not to show that and of course no mention of it in the description which would of course be easy to do if they were wanting to be honest. One item wasn't even the lot that I had won. Something similar but not in as good condition as the photo of the one I had bought. Refused to give partial refund. Refused for me not to accept the product at all and give full refund. Very rude and just walked off so I was forced to take the item which had been put with my items as a replacement for the one I had bought. These auctions have the potential to be a great thing, but these guys are clearly just there for making the most amount of money for sellers and therefore their fees and wash their hands of any kind of customer service for the buyer. Would not buy again from here. Feedback is good for sellers and very poor for buyers. Beware - either carefully inspect (hard with Covid restrictions) or DO NOT BUY their absolute Scrap!

A picture paints a thousand words, make your own mind up. The first pic (includes the photographer's boots) is Husseys' auction pic, the second / other pic is the pic taken on receipt of the same nail gun by me. Note that the gun will only sit in a specific position in the case. Regretfully I bought 40 items from Husseys at that particular auction and though I knew and accepted that some of the lots required substantial repair / cleaning etc .. with 1 or 2 exceptions I was extremely disappointed with the items I bought. Most of the power tools I bought have been scrapped already. I committed the cardinal sin of not inspecting the items before bidding but as I live 300 miles from Exeter it is nigh on impossible in these 'covid days' to travel / hotel etc. ( even so there is a cost element too), regardless I buy from auctions all over the UK and my business with Husseys ranks as my worst bit of business to date.

I'm full of praise and admiration for all the team at Hussy's. Neil has excellent social skills and could not have been more helpful, when it came to dealing with the sale of my late brother's Skoda Fabia. Thanks again Neil and to all involved. Take care.

Please avoid at all costs, there are still honest auction houses out there, this is not one of them. Selling clearly broken electricals with missing parts and taking pictures so that it will not show. Scam in its highest form. Dear people, everything you do, do it honestly, whats the point otherwise? Nobody will come back after buying from you just one time.
