Perfect place to spend time outdoors. Great alone, with friends or with the family. So many different routes to suit all tastes. Car park is large and not too expensive. Very clean when we visited, not a scrap of litter to be seen. Very wheelchair and pushchair friendly for a forest, the pathways are excellent

Lovely venue & the forestry & facilities looked after well. Good on site parking. Signage for trails & paths from the visitor centre need be clearer. Parking on the main road outside the visitor centre should be stopped or controlled more.

An awesome place. Great place to spend some time with the family or even to walk/ride on your own. Plenty of trails to be discovered. The forestry up there do a fantastic job of keeping the place safe for all and the forest in top condition

Such a fantastic place to walk, cycle or run. Wide open walkways for all levels and dogs are able to walk freely too. There is a charge for parking but each year they add new attractions along the routes - including some beautiful wooden viewpoint stations. They have also recently added plenty of cut wood for den building which is actively encouraged.
