I arrived to deposit my bag well before 7am when this servixe says they are open and whatcdo i get a rubbish service as clearly no one could be bothered to turn up for work today. Will not be using this service again. Had to struggle with case all the way to work at coventry and saved myself 9.00 fee. You have lost a customer in not working to advertised times.
Good, safe and secure. Expensive though, and could use more time/ options.
The team is very kind and very supportive. I lost my bag and was told its kept at Birmingham New street Left Baggage. and When I called them I found it was kept safely. Thank you.
