In the spring of this year (2019) I needed help to overcome problems with my desktop computer and contacted Excellence at Work. Since then I have needed help from Excellence at work on other occasions, most recently for advice on the buying and subsequent setting up of a new computer. Excellence at work, Robert, is helpful and thoughtful. In particular what I like is that if he says he will do something he does it. He is punctual and explains things clearly. I recommend Robert (Excellence at Work) without reservation.

Having had problems for some time with my pc running slow and eventually not working, I took a friends recommendation and contacted Robert. After a thorough discussion around the problems I was getting, I dropped my pc off and went on holiday hoping there wouldn't be the \it's past it's sell by date and you need a new pc\ chat when I returned. When I contacted Robert, he explained that I had had a faulty hard drive, he'd purchased and installed another (with my prior approval), reinstalled all my software, recovered all by existing data and that it was running really well. Now that I've set the pc up at home, I can agree with Robert's comment. Overall, excluding the cost of a new drive, Robert charged 75 which I believe is excellent value. Having been recommended Robert's service, I'm very happy to endorse his work and to recommend him too.
