I have recently had a new composite front door fitted with side panels and frosted glazing. Our first consultation with the sales team was very relaxed and main thing for us we didn't feel pressured in to committing to the sale. There was no cheesy sales gimic of the usual \I can do you a special rate if you buy it today\ we were given a price and time frame of when we would likely have the door fitted. Installation was complete today, the guys arrived bang on time and were very friendly upon arriving. They got straight to work and in no time the installation was complete. The guys were professional and friendly the whole time they were here. great experience all round. My only constructive criticism would be to engage with the customer throughout the process, updates & delays or even just to check in after a couple of weeks to keep the customer in the loop. I have recommended to friends and family.

Excel did my porch two weeks ago, friendly helpfull staff and tradesmen. They did an awesome job, nothing was too much trouble. They beat the previous quotes I has been given. I will be using their services again.
