Emailed about getting a few sheets printed for a book as part of a uni project spoke with Paul that gave me all the info on what I needed as I was bringing my own paper. Then when coming in to the studio for printing spoke with Innes who was very helpful throughout my whole experience as I am not the best at printing so was very patient. Ended up having to go back the next day as I made an error with the file set up but Innes was extremely helpful and understanding of my uni deadline stress. In the end got it all fixed. Print quality is amazing can't thank Innes enough for helping me

In a previous role, I've worked with Exacta Print for 9 years and every time I've worked with them, they're professional, accurate, and get it right every single time. Most recently, Innes has printed my wedding invitations for me, twice due to Covid-19, and each time they have been perfect and exactly what I was looking for. These guys are the best print shop I've ever worked with! Its so rare to find a place with reasonable prices, immediate service, amazing quality prints and a very welcoming and helpful staff. My work heavily relies on printing and I've worked with printers in 3 different countries for several years but Exacta has been the most impressive! Ruth has been so kind and helpful through the process of printing all my material and following up with any issues or concerns, she's also been very patient in explaining how files should be set up or exported for a certain print order. Innis is also very cooperative and always there to guide and suggest on any concern you have. They are very easy to reach via email and phone and they respond immediately about any enquiry. They are happy to fix or reprint anything that goes wrong on their behalf. Quality and colour of print is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them for any job you want done. They made my life easier!
