I cannot recommend Exact Sourcing and Rosa enough! A very dedicated team with a very personal approach. They look for the variety of qualities and skills in you ( even those you never thought you have, ha ha! ) and would find a company where you would fit 100%. My experience with Rosa and the team was always wonderful, every time you speak to any of them it feels like you are talking to a friend who you have known forever. Rosa, your business is very special and you always give people a chance to not only be employed but to be successful and flourish in their new role. I have a very positive response to my interactions with Exact Sourcing. Too many recruiters make promises about their service which turn out to be false but Exact Sourcing delivered on their promises. For example, if Rosa or one of her team promised to ring you back, they would actually do so. Rosa and Jason went the extra mile in making sure I was well prepared and confident about the interview process. Our discussions were always conducted professionally and with a sense of purpose. Exact Sourcing quickly placed me in what I hope will turn out be congenial employment but even had they been unsuccessful, the attitude and approach with which they dealt with me would still merit a five-star rating from me. I would, without hesitation, recommend Rosa and her team if you are in the job market and looking to work with people who are invested in helping you find your next exciting role.
