Interesting auctions, fair auctioneers - good pause before the hammer to ensure all bids are included. They even reopen bidding if a bid comes in on the hammer, good practice. Wish I could say this for other auction houses. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent communication. Easy to find. Good use of face coverings, although some wipes or sanitizer would be good for items handed over. No shelter at the collection point so take an umbrella.
