Having to deal with an unprofessional and time wasting unfriendly person with a long established other company , Steve sorted out the issues in a few hours. We were just about to pull out. We sold our house through Evolve in summer 2020. Steve was very professional, honest and helpful, even answering calls on his day off! A very dedicated team (also Craig who did our viewings) and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They have good market knowledge and are good value for money. Would highly recommend and would use them again.
Great estate agent. Ran into issues with buyers dropping out at the start of the process but they were on the case and had a new buyer lined up by the end of the week. Very responsive and because they check people are in a position to buy you only get serious people through the door.
I have recently sold my house using Evolve. I cannot recommend them enough. They made the whole process as easy as possible from start to finish. I had regular updates, although I didn't need too many as they sold my house to the first person that viewed it. Due to staffing issues caused by Covid, I think I spoke to everyone that worked there, which surprisingly was never an issue as everyone on knew who I was and could answer any queries that I had, I think that alone is worth the 5 star review. The biggest plus for me is that they helped the solicitors play ball. I have no doubt in my mind that if it wasn't for Evolves assistance the solicitors would have taken twice as long to complete. I cannot recommend any more than by saying that I will only use Evolve to sell my house in years to come.
