You'll never find a better gym owner then the ones at evo, fact. They do so much to help their members and also anyone who just visits. So much knowledge. The gym has a really friendly atmosphere and I always feel super motivated once I get there.

Excellent facilities for weight lifting, cardio, body weight exercises and more, plenty of accessories to tailor your workout too. Monkey bars and Olympic rings. Enough free weights sink a ship. Every type of barbell you can think of. Outdoor area for strongman training including tyres and a weighted dead lift machine to name a few! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. High recommended.
Well where do I start really, this gym is not like most gyms that you sometimes will feel alienated? Is that right ? Well this gym ? Well I can’t think of no other gym In this situated area that will give you a diet plan and fitness tuition
