I booked a 4-day session for beginners. Everything was easy, from the booking through their website, the payment and the lessons as themselves. The girl at the phone was easy and she sent me many messages to confirm time and location to ensure I would be there. Guys are super cool and I praise them for being so patient and calm in any case. At the end of the stay, my level was nothing to compare with the beginning of day 1. They actually made my stay. Thank you.
Well, at the time of reservation for my ski lessons in group mode, asked for intermediate 2, I made sure my request was processed and off I went. Come the time for the lesson, I’m at the beginners group and not changed because all the groups are full. I wasted my day skiing on a green and blue slope. I’m under no circumstances the best most experienced skier but can handle myself down red slopes quite confidently. So, if you are going to book here, just make sure you are placed on a group were you are going to learn something or reinforce your technique not go down the easiest slope on the resort at crawling speed. I do not want to highlight this but maybe they assumed I can not ski because I’m latin American, perhaps a bit of bias and unintentional racism, who knows! I called this morning to let them know I’m not going to the rest of the ski lessons explaining my reasons and alas surprise, no refund nor help. I expected this so it’s ok. I will just not book again any other class with them and I will discourage anyone from doing it as well. I got a phonecall from them saying “intermediate 2” was black pistes skiiers and I was not quite there (which is true, but I can do reds, so intermediate 1 is what? Confused here because I was in debutants) Anyway, offered I could pay extra for a private instructor (I don’t have the money) and no other solution. Thus this is the end. Waste of money and be aware, intermediate 2 is for black piste skiiers so you have been warned.
I can not speak highly enough of my experience with Evolution 2. My friends and I took the intermediate group lessons and I went from someone who had only spent one morning skiing down green beginner slopes with friends to feeling confident on blues and a couple reds by the end of the week. Jess, our instructor, was friendly, clear, encouraging and every drill and game she had us do led into the next skill she was teaching seamlessly. She gave everyone equal attention and support and always had a smile on her face.
I booked a private ski lesson, but couldn't ski due to health issues The guide promised me a full refund, but the office only refunded me half I also had a booking for the next day to an intermediate class. I asked to change it tsnowboard, but they didn't agree, just kept the money without trying to find a helpful solution. Don't go near that school, I'm sure there are other ones that would try to help if you are forced to stop the lesson
Terrible service, absolutely don’t care about their clients and service. Coaches don’t care about health issues of people if someone has an issue. Do not recommend it to use. They are careless and will damage your health and put you in danger without any care. My family had an issue with the group lesson, the teacher didn’t even stop or paid attention on demand. As a result- physiotherapist every day, lost week of vacation and NO refund at all!!! The worst service I’ve ever had!
My 4 year old was initially nervous about being left with a ski instructor however after 5 mins he was happily learning from Lucy his instructor. She worked hard to make the 2 hrs a memorable learning experience.
Excellent chalet. Great support. We all had a great time
