What a full blown con this place is and the attitude of the guy that runs it is a disgrace. When you disagree with him he has a hissy fit and walks off telling you to go and take another offer. if you have a valuation done online you better make sure your car is in absolute pristine condition as even a pin head of a blemish will devalue your car by a minimum of 600. Even if you have told them about it beforehand. Stay well clear and don't be conned.

This place is a complete joke. The Branch Manager hid behind confusing illogical definitions of surface damage and jargon to justify dropping the online valuation by 1,295. ‘The computer’ was blamed on more than ten occasions, it was like a scene from Little Britain. I should have trusted my friends rather than listening to Philip Scofield. Never again.

Easy enough trade in. Simple from the get go. Ok valuation received initially but everything is scrutinised and your left with not a lot in your pocket (my experience but car was 17 years old). Did get bombarded with emails once enquired though which was a bit annoying.
