Staff unhelpful. The customer services agent was rude and refused to wear his mask over his nose. Refused to acknowledge pricing problems not consistent. Basically you're charged more than what is advertised. Manager Lady of the shop was lovely. She was apologetic and confirmed her staff were treated badly my management!

Relatively new store and large interior selling lots of items for your home and garden. You could spend half a day here looking round as the choice is incredible. Service could be a bit better with some delays getting served but overall experience good.
