I don't think i have ever been served by such unhelpful staff. I had a specific stamp that i needed and found it on the website but i needed it quicker than what the website offered. So i went to my local store in Evesham and asked at the counter if they stocked it there just to have a short sharp no! There was no offer to look or if they had it elsewhere. I will not be going there again.

First visit to Crafter's Companion cafe, though I have been to the shop several times. Arrived at 3.30pm on a Sunday so knew they would be closing fairly soon, but hough half an hour would be ample for a quick coffee. Unfortunately my coffee was so blisteringly hot I couldn't finish it without burning my mouth before staff started hoovering around me 10 minutes before closing time. Felt rushed. Coffee wasn't brilliant, should have gone to Coffee #1 like I usually do.
Staff always try hard to please. Difficult in these times with people so on edge. Great covid measures but as always there's always a few ignoring it. Not everything as it used to be. Few things missing off menu but still really enjoyable place for lunch or coffee and cake
It’s great to have crafters companion store in Evesham . They are very helpful and show you how to use any product. The products are good value , my number one shop !!, I love going . I really hope that they will still be able to keep the store there after Covid-19 .
