I was a member there when it was LA Fitness. In it's present form it outdoes the old gym. Much cleaner and the shower dispensers are always topped up. Very good equipment although the rowing machines need to be looked at. Only a few have working display consoles and the occasional foot strap is missing. Never seems to be any staff in the gym so I have no one to go to for advice or assistance. Being a fit seventy eight year old it would be nice to think a trained member of staff was around in case of emergency. It's much better than my last gym and I am happy to stay a member.

Staff are amazing! This gym has everything you need, it’s an amazing space and extremely clean! Definitely worth joining. :)
The staff are absolutely amazing. Management of the club and the cleanliness routine and measures they have put in place to keep it safe is superb
Quality setup. They have taken control of the COVID restrictions and the booking system works a dream. No issues with booking in and a decent number of people in the gym at one time which means everything is safe. Plenty of sprays and sanitiser all over the gym floor. All members encouraged to clean before and after use as well as the staff deep cleaning multiple times a day. The staff absolutely make this gym. I wouldn’t train anywhere else!
excellent, we went at a quiet time and it was fab.....swimming pool lovely and warm!!
