My mother has lived at Evergreen Family Home for a few years as well and receiving excellent care, and my sister decided to move her out to care for our mother herself. Bless her heart, it was just too much work for her because our mother suffers from dementia and is bed bound and incapable of moving / feeding herself or any hygiene activities at all, she never complains of pain and is unable to speak her needs. Its heart wrenching. Having one caregiver for mom is not a good situation for anyone, so we are moving her back to Evergreen! We are so blessed they have accepted her back, we were lucky for an occupancy as the beds fill up fast. :) Highly recommend Marcy and John's home, they have excellent Nurses Aids and we love the food they give her.
