When I sign the contract, the flexed rate for Surface and Road Surface were clearly marked with /a\. Half year later, the monthly bill suddenly charged me fees for Surface and Road Surface. I don't think it is fair as I am tied to them as it is a 3 year contract while they can raise whatever fees they wanted even if those terms ARE CLEARLY NOT listed on the contract. They then explained to me that those fees are charged by the water wholesaler and they've included a disclaimer somewhere in the contract. If Everflow is not certain about the fee or it is charged on a back-to-back basis which is to be paid to the water wholesaler, DON'T PUT \N/A\ to the concerned charges in the contract, which lead customer to think the fee is not application. How can I compare your quotation with other water supplies company who MIGHT HAVE include those fees in their service charge? Your company tricked me to switch to your company by stating a misleading quotation, which appears to charge us a much lower fee than the actual fee.

Zero stars for everflow! This company is one of the worst utility companies I have used, recently opened a new business 7 weeks ago, and chose them as my supplier, what a mistake, this company have taken 1800 in water charges for a months bill, the bill was estimated and I spotted this as soon as it arrived in my inbox, I supplied new reading and a back up photo as requested of the meter to verify that I was \telling the truth\. Despite two emails to them asking them for an new updated bill and not to process the 1800 as this was clearly wrong, no response what so ever and they have cleaned my account out leaving a new small business in the mire! To me it was as clear as water that the bill was wrong as the previous month was 70 based on reading and photos provided, clearly everflow are looking through muddied water and cant even get the basics of customer service right! disappointment is an understatement.
Everflow are very helpful, fast at responding and a great company.
Fraudulent company, DO NOT USE! They made promises they could not keep and charged me more than previous water retailer. AWFUL!!
