Staff is incredibly incompetent. Asked very clearly where I should go if I have an appointment for X procedure. Then got told to go to 5 different locations by 5 different staff members. 20 minutes in, we finally got an attendant involved who asked the other staff members. But the other staff stated we never said we have an appointment. If they actually bothered to listen, knew the layout of their own building, and understood their own procedures, I wouldn't have wasted a half hour of my family's time.

How great do you guys feel working in an economy where someone can get no sleep because all they want to do is slice their jugular open! And god forbid should they be able to call 911! Since its 1000 alone just o be transported to a 72 hr hold! Hope I don't find the strength to go through with it!

Staff at front desk was extremely disrespectful and laughing at me when I was looking for my girlfriend. Who in the hell laughs at someone when they’re just asking for simple help not once but twice laughed at me and told me to get lost.
