I was supposed to pick up my JL W7 today so I went in around 4:30 to find out how much I owed on the loan I was a little short and needed to pick up another 100 from my house. I asked the guys if they could wait for me to come back just in case I’m a couple minutes passed 6pm since I live in Marysville. They said no problem just give us a call if that’s going to be the case. So I rushed home and as soon as I got back on the freeway at about 5:45 I called them non stop until I arrived at the store and no one answered the phone! I pulled in and ran to the front doors just as two customers were walking out at 6:03 and the guy working which could have been the manager, pretty sure it was, closed the doors and locked them seeing me coming turns around. And walks away so I knock on the doors with my pawn slip in hand and say hey I’m here can I pick up the sub that we talked about earlier and he says nope we’re closed and walks away.. now normally this wouldn’t be such a big deal but I recently got divorced and I haven’t been able to see my kids much due to my ex wife not sticking to the parenting plan which I’m fighting in court as we speak. I needed this sub today because I was going to sell it for 700 right after picking it up so that I could go on a camping trip with my kids, my truck just broke down so the extra costs of renting a car was more than I had on me hence the importance of getting this sub sold that this A hole denied me of doing all because I was 3 minutes late. Especially after I had already let them know it was a possibility. I’ll never do business here again and I’m going to make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

Nice and knowledgeable staff, although there was one foul mouthed guy behind a counter by the side door. If you work with the public, at least be professional. But I'm not going to let him stop me from giving 5 stars because this is one of the better pawn shops I've been to and they deserve every star.

Went in today to drop off my name number and the copy of a police report for a local stolen high cost item. Was told they cant do that because its against the law. Called local PD found out that is a lie. Looks like this place like to deal in stolen property or hates the locals. Don't go here until they become more reputable, and there rude.

I purchased some amazing electronics here at an amazing low price. Came in when they first opened was greeted with a smile, the shop was nice and warm and that was nice since I walked here on a break from work. The place is clean, friendly and my overall experience was good. she even took the time to show me that it all worked and even charged the device a bit more for me while I looked around. I did notice they have quite and impressive array of good looking items. I will note a lack of visible price labels so no set prices this is good because it seems they are willing to accept reasonable offers. :) thanks pawnfathers for making my sons x mas gift affordable. I will definitely be back.
