Keith is awesome!!! Hire like 10 more of this guy. He knew exactly what I needed and had all the answers to my questions with a smile. No matter how dumb I thought the question was he assured me of the answers. 10 out of 10 man! I will be back!

I contacted Pacific Power Batteries for an emergency service when my car battery expired at the wrong place and time. I was in the Providence Hospital in Everett when I decided to call PPB. I was not sure if they render on call service outside the store they are located. Travis arrived at the hospital parking garage to replace the bad battery. Everything went smoothly. Thank you so much. I appreciated highly your commitment in providing satisfactory service.
Pacific Power Batteries is a cozy family run business. I've had both Chase and Travis change my watch battery, their customer service is world class!
Helpful and friendly staff. Provided really good advice on batteries for my UPS system. Will definitely be using Pacific Power Batteries for my future needs.
Kevin wasn’t so nice but Matt and Sam know what they’re doing they need a promotion
