Been going here for year. Always a great experience. Last sunday i was in and purchased 3 ounces of junk silver and a 1/20th or an ounce of gold. Changed my mind on the silver today went in to sell it. The guy that sold it to me for 22 each told the guy helping me to only pay 11 each and left the store. The 3 ounces i had bought only were only worth coin condition and not weight. First time this has happened to me. Is this normal? Is this why i was not given a receipt both times?

This is a great place Rich Katie and the staff are Great people and very knowledgeable. I'm new to PCGS coin submissions and Katie and Rich offered me come in for a free tutorial even though i offered to pay! Employee helped me pick out a Father's Day gift. He took his time, explain what the itms were, what they meant and the history behind them. This place is also like a mini museum. Has so much Antiques, collectibles sporting, coins and jewelry. Great selection and not expensive prices. I'm definitely coming back here with friends.
