Terrible customer service. Called them first to see if they would let me pawn my items. Took some coins that I was told over the phone I could pawn and when I got there they immediately said no. I drove half hour because the employee told me they do loans on coins. For a silver eagle dollar coin, a silver peace dollar and 2 silver walking liberty coins I was asking for 60. They said they could do 15 for all. What a joke. They wouldn’t even work with me a little. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best Pawn shop, the staff is very nice A
Bought a couple quality firearms there at good prices. The guys are friendly (not that fake customer service friendly, just down to earth blue collar types) and knowledgeable and answered every question i had without trying to push any particular firearms on me. They will be the first place I go when looking for new guns in the future.
Not sure how this guy can stay in business with the poor customer service skills he has. I called to see if they had ammo in stock for my husband. He was driving and guiding me on what to say, as I’m not knowledgeable in this area. Was told “this is the worst phone conversation I’ve been a part of” and was hung up on. Extremely poor service and definitely loss our business forever. Apparently you have to know exactly what you want and need before you reach out because it sounds like they have no desire to help you otherwise.
They don't have a very huge selection but it's still pretty nice. I can't say anything about the staff because I walked in and looked at everything and no one even noticed I was there. But I'll just chalk that up to maybe it was just slow today, you have to read other reviews to see what the staff are like
