They can help you get forms filled out, and the staff is friendly. However, they do not have access to the Veteran's Administration computer system, so they cannot look into any claims previously submitted. They also are not allowed to keep any individual's files on hand. The veteran must keep all records and bring them with them if they need more help on a claim at a later date.
I just made a phone call and the guy who answered was hostile and discouraging. Not good for a Veteran seeking help and information.
Very helpful and Jessica was a wealth of knowledge. Thank you all.
