I’ve been a member now for almost a year and still very happy with the staff and equipment. During the lockdowns they have sent emails to communicate with their members and kept us update with billing, openings and etc. The front staff, Robert, goes above and beyond also. Always extremely friendly!

I love to run, so I was thrilled to join a gym that had a track. However, the rest of the gym seems dirty, the equipment seems old, and the music is insanely loud. The music volume really irritates me because I like to wear earbuds and listen to my own stuff when I work out. The excessively loud gym music makes it nearly impossible to hear my own music so I end up cranking my ear buds and leaving slightly deaf. On the positive side even when the parking lot is full, the gym doesn't appear all that packed. Most the equipment seems run down and on its last leg. The locker doors in the locker room are in all reality falling off (I counted 6 different lockers), paper towel dispensers always seem out of towels, floors are dirty and I very much recommend wiping off equipment BEFORE using. Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority here. Ceiling tiles are falling apart and have mold (noticeable from the track). Overall, it's not the Ritz by an means but it gets the job done.

Not recommended, way to many problems with their monthly and annual fees. My boyfriend and I have both had the same problem when after canceling, we were charged again for another monthly fee. Also, before I had canceled they also charged me with two annual fees back to back, one being at the end of 2020 and the other at the beginning of 2021 (Not right when I already paid the annual fee in the beginning of 2020??). I have read way to many stories from others shelling their money out to them with little satisfaction. Not to mention charging people during the stay at home orders. It would be a good gym honestly if they didn’t have this huge problem with many who attend here.

The customer service has been great and the staff at the Everett location have always been very friendly. I’ve enjoyed every visit since I’ve gotten my membership and would absolutely recommend this place

I went today to check out the place. They were so nice and encouraging. They really cared about what was the best plan for me, not selling me the most expensive package. There's a great community from what I can tell. Update: I went a few more times before the pandemic stuff started. My only complaint so far is that I feel they didn't make it clear enough to me that if I wanted to bring in a guest that is my age they had to have a parent or guardian with them
