Everdine's Grilled Cheese Co.

Visited earlier today and the service was very good! The cashier was friendly and very patient with me as this was my first time to Everdine's and had no idea what to order. I asked him what the most popular menu item is and per his recommendation, I ordered \The Usual Suspect\ and \Eddie Mack and Cheese\. Both were good; however, I would not consider it anything to write home about. Both sandwiches were prepared well: they were not too greasy and the cheese was melted relatively even throughout. However, the bacon in \The Usual Suspect\ was slightly over cooked and over powered the flavor of the cheese. It was essentially analogous to eating a BLT with cheese. The Eddie Mack and Cheese was good. The Mac n cheese was a good, creamy consistency and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the the bread was crisp and not soggy like I anticipated it would be. The flavor of the mac n cheese was okay, but it needed some extra flavor as it was on the bland side. Over all, I enjoyed my time at Everdine's. I will definitely be back to try out other menu items such as the tomato soup and more of their craft teas and sodas.

We have been wanting to try this for a while, and we finally did! So many choices of creations or you can create your own. My friend and I chose to create our own combination. We both really enjoyed what we got. We got some chips and a can of coke to go with it. Highly recommend.

Super friendly staff, an the food is Amazing, I melted at work siping on my tomato basil soup! Was hard to get back to work after such a great lunch!

This is a little hole in the wall place but you DON'T want to miss it. They have taken the simple grilled cheese to new heights. If you're looking for a quick bite....then you need to stop.

They take grilled cheese to a new level. Absolutely amazing! Friendly service, delicious food! Can’t wait to come back and try more!
