Went to Evans' on Saturday to order a Christmas turkey, as we have been doing for many years. Whilst there, bought some gammon steaks and some sirloin steak. Had the gammon for dinner on Saturday: genuinely, the best gammon steak I have ever had! Sirloin yesterday: similarly lovely. Well done Chris and team.
