Lovely lounges on both sides of the tunnel, lovely choice of food and drink that comes free with the lounge can also download free papers and magazines and the toilets are lovely facilities as far as toilets go too! Was decorated beautifully for Christmas
Long waiting times , but it's faster than the ferry. Staff always polite and helpful! Could go a bit faster during checks but i understand that they must do it in order to assure a good crossing. What i don't understand is the checks right after customs. What exactly does that guy there check with his stick i couldn't tell you...
So easy to use this Flexi service, with the added peace of mind that there isn't an issue if you want to travel earlier or later than your original planned/ticket time. Also, the chance to stretch your legs and take a complimentary drink or snack while you use the lounge. I prefer to pick up a few snacks for the 35 minute trip on the train, so I'm ready to go at the other side. Love it!
Not as good as normal. Toilets was clean and spotless. Coffee area messy. Drinks cabinet empties - no packed breakfast :-(
