Have good fleet of cars and offers available online. Google maps do not route to exact Tamworth branch. So please be careful on that front.

The lady on the reception had no idea how to use the computer. She couldn't input a customer's details resulting in a long wait to return my car. There were 5 of us waiting with no other members of staff available to help. At no point was I welcomed or told that I would be dealt with as soon as possible. I understand that the lady was flustered by her lack of technical skills but the service was dire. At one point she asked the room what currency they use in Spain and how to spell it as she wasn't sure what to enter on the computer

If I could give zero I would. Awful company. Unprofessional, unreliable and untruthful. My rental car smelled like an ashtray when it finally arrived 6 hours late. My advice is avoid at all costs.
