Trip on 12th July didn't even turn up! Was stuck on the wrong side of the channel along with 4 other passengers. Calais cite Europe to Hayes Folkstone. Arrived before the check in time, waited an hour and the bus wasn't there. Waited another hour and another passenger rang the number on the ticket, turns out none of us where on the list of passengers so the driver didn't stop! This is not the drivers fault however. I booked a week in advance as did most of the other people. Managed to get a friend to give us a lift over but could have been avoided! Also terrible customer service afterward, tried emailing to file a complaint as there was no complaints telephone number on their website but haven't got a response! Been outside Europe for a week which is why I haven't rung them sooner. Only one of their telephone numbers seem to work, and the lady on the other side gave me a number to call but apparently that number isn't in working order either!

Flexi Plus Flexi Plus Flexi Plus Flexi Plus honestly speaking if your a frequent traveler get the account set up and rolling. The lounge is Great, hospitality was wonderful, Food And beverage was fantastic, toilets for once in a long long long time I haven’t been on any travel trip and found toilets as clean and fully equipped with soap, hand cream and paper except in 5 star hotels and high end Restaurants. As for the convenience of taking the train you want and passing the queue it’s peace of mind and stress free. Well done it’s ten years late but better late than never.

Smooth trip. 1h 30min from Dover to Calais.
I love to cross the Channel with Ferry because of my son, probably is faster with train but here you have time to breathe before the long journey. Playground for kids , shopping, restaurants everything.
