Never again will I deal with this… Never again will I deal with this place. Order online, says in stock, will be in, in 48 hours. But then never hear anything, ring up and apparently they all only have one delivery a week on a Friday. So wait until Friday, ring again as no one has contacted me. Another person on the end of the phone that just can't be arsed. Seem our order has been missed off the delivery, so no one tries to resolve this as we have the workmen waiting to start, instead they tell me to just wait until next Friday as it MIGHT be on that delivery. In the meantime I ring all the other stores to see if I can find some myself to collect. Find some \in stock\ ring up, apparently when it says in stock online it doesn't mean that they actually have them WTH?! Ring head office \someone will call you back in 24hours\ this passes so I call again, now it's actually 24-48 hours. The company is a joke!!!

THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO DEAL WITH... DISHONEST, UNHELPFUL AND JUST TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! COCO THE CLOWN WOULD BE EASIER TO DEAL WITH... PROBLEM FOR EVERY SOLUTION TYPE OF PEOPLE! ALL YOU GET IS WHAT THEY CANT AND WONT DO! WELL DONE ALL INVOLVED, YOU ABSOLUTLY USELESS PEOPLE! THE ONLY TIME I GOT ANY SORT OF ENTHUSIASM OR LIFE SKILLS WAS WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND!!! SHOP AROUND BECAUSE THERE IS ACTUALLY QUITE A LOT BETTER THAN THESE CLOWNES! WENT TO UK PLASTICS AND GOT SORTED OUT FOR A LOT LESS LATER THAT DAY! IT COST LESS AND WE DEALT WITH PEOPLE THAT HAD ACTUAL LIFE SKILLS!! WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE!

Previously phoned in to check opening hours , drove for 1 hr to get there, only to be told we are closing (12.11 sat, we thought they had told us they closed at 12.30 ), explained this and could we just have a quick look at the composite fencing (would have taken him 2 mins) but no, he was closing and not bothered about us, i advised we probably would not purchase from Euro-cell because of this and he turned slightly aggressive. Definately wont be buying my 1500 worth of panels from them now. Rude staff, couldn't care less about the business. Horrible place AVOID at all costs.

Been in there a few times and find the Customers service agents rude. Last went in on Saturday and was asking about how the roofs are put together and I get rude comments from the staff who just tell me it's common sense and to look at the video which is quite different to what I ordered!. I ordered from Nottingham in the end but went in Saturday to try and get flashing. The man was extremely rude. They also use their own tracker instead of NHS one and won't let you in unless you use it. Won't even go in again now, three occasions now. First was to buy a roof and told they don't do trade discount when Nottingham does, second was to pick up a brochure of instructions for equinox and got met with resistance again. Never again
