Took gas at a Esso station in Verbania IT, no invoice came out of the automatic payment terminal. After 6 trys to get the invoice per telephone, mail, contact-formular (aso) i still have no invoice and cant get the money back from my company. Very very very bad service!!! One star is to much...

Disgusting business, very unprofessional, only heard negative things about them. Do not support or waste your time with them! They are a organisation with no regards to ethics and don't seem to be able to handle nor take a pandemic serious at all. I feel sorry for everyone that they have wronged or who works for them.
