The guys are really helpful and often stretched thin so take a good book to read in the queue great counter staff I've seen taking abuse for customers ordering incorrect parts yet always happy to help them. Remember people, order the correct parts they aren't mind readers that's why we have chassis number

Prices aren't too bad, but your waiting for your click and collect order for ages, even though you placed it over an hour ago they don't pick it till your there, need to be abit more organized
