Good deals on parts but only one person currently allowed in store at once, massively showing down serving time. Which means expect to be standing in the freezing cold in a long line for some time.

Having to wait outside due to Covid is fair enough. But to wait for over 45 minutes is not so fair. There were other people waiting who were voicing their frustrations. My turn to go in and was told their IT system was playing up and orders were not coming through, even though I ordered first thing in the morning. I asked if the stock is in item (and it was) could I not buy it? Answer was no, I would have to place another order or pop in the next day. With respect I declined this and left. I would say I have visited this premise before and they have been fine. Hoping this was a one off. It would of been nice if someone came out to explain the long wait. Simple communication would of alleviated the people waiting frustrations.

I accidentally over ordered on parts and the staff member was very helpful and advised me on what I actually needed for my job. Would recommend
