Fast, great price, great stock. Will definitely come back
Very small outlet. You won't find varying prices/ choice of items. The staff there does not exhibit warmth, courtesy or smile. Collection after online order is fairly easy. I witnessed a customer who forgot to bring a face mask. He covered his face properly with the neckline of his shirt. He was asked to stay out. Although his card was taken for payment(or whatever he was there for) whilst he stood outside the store, he still had a face mask in his bill. For a quick shop of things, it is quite local to many areas.
Told lad to order for europarts he used this store sent him back to get correct one to ensure car has correct oil he said they laughed at him I am very disappointed with the attitude he received went to watford store who provided correct grade as seen in picture same code slightly different spec one is diesel spec one petrol would you risk it In 6000 car neither would i . Told him to get a refund will update this review soon
Luckily it was not raining. Admittedly the slow service was due to customers taking ages to be served, but store is limited to 2 customers at a time. Click and collect made no difference. Parking in that area is dire. Possibly better to get goods delivered? I was happy with their prices though!
