Super friendly staff. I got in & out very quickly. Well... I would have if I hadn't stayed & spoke with the staff members - so friendly & helpful!! I will be back!
The people I spoke with were rude as all get out. I think their names were Ann and Erica. They were managers. They did not honor what their employee quoted me. So instead of admitting they need to talk to the employee and at least come down closer to what the quoted price was, they were very stubborn and rude about everything. Their customer service was horrible. I requested an item and the first question was how are you paying for this? She was not pleasant nor did she come off concerned. Try another profession where you don’t interact with the public if you are going to be this rude and crabby. I will never suggest this company to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have only had to use this store twice, but both times I was able to go right to the counter, tell them what I was looking for and ask questions about different options and/or how each worked. Will use them again.
Robyn and Jennifer are both very helpful and professional. They're always ready to help us every time we go into the store. They are always happy to answer our questions and provide great customer service. Thank you!
