Billing department waited a day before my procedure to tell me the surgery center doesn't take my insurance. Then they completely canceled my procedure because the facility that DOES take my insurance is completely booked. They had two weeks to verify insurance! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office. All this while going through a miscarriage.

Had my first prenatal appointment. I am very disappointed that my spouse was unable to attend the appointment with me. They literally stopped him at the door This is our first child and it’s super sexist to exclude the fathers from this experience. Several providers in the area would never exclude the father from this experience and I plan to explore their care. Nobody makes a baby by themselves. AKA let the dads be apart of this process especially the ones who want to be there.

Dr. Wagner is absolutely amazing! I started seeing him during this crazy pandemic while I was pregnant. He is so compassionate, genuine, and attentive. I never left an appointment with any unanswered questions. He really takes the time time to explain things and I have never felt rushed during my appointments. The staff is also really very nice and professional. Definitely check out this location and book with Dr. Wagner!!
