If you want a decent job, then stay away from this company! They don't care about their employees. If you can work day and night and like getting paid the worst salaries in your life, then this is the place for you. Forget about your personal life, just come live in the company where you build up hundreds of overtime hours without getting paid for it or without compensating with time off (because your not allowed to have time off). Stress level for the employees are so high that a lot of times they burst out in tears. But it's ok, because the Team-Leaders don't care about them. They just come in the Office where they do nothing all day and they act like a**holes while strolling along the office floor looking down on you like you're the scum of the earth. They make sure the workers do their job and they cash in every month on your hard work. You will never see them doing anything productive! Forget about Legal Holiday rights. Here, you have no rights. You get time off if they feel like it. So just forget your family, friends and your personal life if you plan on working here. If you do your job right, you might just last a few months, but don't dream on getting promoted or getting a raise, oh no. There is no place for that here. Just do your job and be quiet! So, good luck, you'll need it!
