They have a lovely open space, good setup but I was very disappointed by the laziness of the lady who was assisting me at the help desk, registering for online betting on the 10th of March 2017. She did not do her work properly because even today I can't log in, she told me to go home & wait for messages that would set up my account instead of registering me same time. Had to phone customer service line & they promised to help only if Estcourt branch still had my FICA documents of which they didn't have them anymore because even now I'm still having the same problem. Only if she wasn't lazy I wouldn't have a problem.
Its clean and huge, accommodative unlike some small overcrowding branches
