Just a moment ago i entered the shop to use the toilets and eventually buy a snack, i was \greeted\ by a very unpolite lady that forbid us to use the public toilets trying to tell us they were for \staff only\ but it is obvious, they aren't. I am going to report this to the chain's head office. As i was told to go to Starbucks. So maybe they'd rather not have any customers than looking after toilets?
Bloke who works the late shifts is fantastic, really funny and helpful! Loves a chat! Women who works in the days is one of the rudest garage attendants I have ever dealt with. She will give you stinking looks any time you ask for something. Constantly acts like she doesn't want to be there, not great!
