This station has a self service car wash, due to which the surface become icy and slippery, also they didnt put grit salt there and there was no sign showing that the surface is slippery due to which i fell twice today and got badly injured, my finger was bleeding. The staff was too casual about it, and didnt even offer me any first aid. I had to drive back to my work place with a bleeding hand to get some bandages.

Staff member Aglian shift 4587 on Sunday refused to sanitize the card pin machine said he cleaned it in the morning before he opened but the dirt and grime visible did not suggest they are following hygiene protocol during this COVID-19 pandemic. He was rude and did not care for my concern. This is the reason why petrol stations are noted as the reason for high spread of infection. Very lazy staff with no care for the customers.
The night staff is very helpful, I found organic airfreshener at this petrol station, so happy about that
Good coffee even though from the machine and staff really nice and up for a bit of banter even the customers were friendly!!
A good place to stay. Ample parking and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and comfy. Food is also decent.
