Very Poor customer services from the Guy who works the evening shift! He is not the Owner but a worker and on 4 occasions this Guy who works the evening shift has lied about the Paypoint Machine not working. Either this individual is unable or unwilling to Assist customer's who request to Use the Paypoint payment facilities. In the last 5 weeks on 4 occasions I have received the same Answer from this individual. \Paypoint machine not working\ Which I find hard to believe! When I challenged Him about it He became rude and aggressive.The owner of the Garage should take notice of what this Individual is doing whilst He is not there! As this could potentially damage His Businesse's Reputation. I wonder how many customers He has turned away with this excuse? A complaint has been forwarded to Paypoint. If this service station is unwilling or unable to offer Paypoint facilities they shouldn't be advertising that they do simple!
