Staff not trained properly to issue replacement gas cards, girl behind till handed over card without activating it, just picked it up and handed it over with not a clue on what to do with the code, personally I think this is ridiculous and staff should be trained for scenarios like this.

Had occasion to visit here today , and needed staffs help , from the first phone Call to the actual on site visit , staff were amazing , so very patient and helpful . Very refreshing to get staff like this these days, thank you ladies your assistance was greatly appreciated
