I'm not a tradesman, had my own project, needed French doors for my kitchen. These guys were so helpful, done what they said they would in the time frame they stated, delivery lads were brilliant. Would use every time if I was in need of any more products. 5 stars. Thank you all.
Essex Trade Windows were outstanding! We absolutely love our windows and doors and are really pleased with the entire process from start to finish and the overall cost. The installation team were really professional and respectful and I'm really glad that we chose them.
We used this company to fit a large bay window in our front room and a triple glazed unit in our daughter's bedroom in 2015. And we were very pleased with the service. So we went back to them this month (April 2019) and was so disappointed with such poor customer service, information and administration that we've now had to cancel a preliminary agreement for them to do a job for us. We ended up having to repeatedly call and chase them to try and give them more business - in the double glazing market! You might have a different experience but that was ours.
Very pleased with this company. Clean & polite workers. Good quality materials at reasonable prices.
