Disgusting company, I emailed them regarding my mom and her severe disability which means they can’t add a ore payment metre.., They ignored me, so hey ho guess who is getting a solicitor as they have not only offered horrific customer service they have broken the law..,.and I’m not someone that will let things go. Absolute fools!

Received an email saturday to confirm they were coming monday for a collection, from scottish power, they are unaware that there is an open Legal case against myself and scottish power, well they wouldnt know as they dont answer their phone, dont respond to emails and just are a waste of space, my advice to anybody dealing with these guys seek legal advice in advance does not matter if it is citizens advance, your solicitor or ombudsman services,.
A typical unprofessional, impolite (bordering on rudeness) debt collection company. In my case, they graced us with their visit in error, we had already everything set up, but still, quite annoying that they were chasing us for someone else's debts.... (previous tenant)
this company have turned up today unannounced and with NO prior warning. the man shouted through my letterbox to open the door after only one abrupt knock. he then said they are doing something to my gas/electric meters outside and also need access inside. I tried asking what it was about and he rudely spoke over me so I still don’t know what they’re doing. he said he’s knocked my door loads over 6months, which he hasn’t as I’ve pretty much been here all the time as I’m currently out of work since July. And that I’ve had letters and calls, which I haven’t. I’ve spoken to my energy company numerous times and yet they haven’t relayed the situation and messages on. However that not being Richburns fault but this man and a few other guys today turned up in a very aggressive and intrusive way and with no explanation. My heating had been off on a cold day for over half hour now and the front door has been left open throughout so my small flat is now freezing cold. They haven’t come up to say what’s happening or how long they’ll be. It’s disgusting and SO unprofessional. I’ve been upset and I’m a girl living on my own. The bald old man shouldn’t have approached me like that. It’s very abrupt, unprofessional and scary. They’ve just gone. They’ve installed smart meters and now I can only put credit on it by going to town which is miles away and I don’t drive and don’t have money as not working so it’s so inconvenient. I will speak to my energy suppliers as I appreciate not all this is Richburns mistakes but I am so upset and angry at how they have approached me today. Should NOT be allowed!!!!!
How can a company post an erroneous collection letter through my letterbox and then have no one to pick up their phone on a Monday morning (9:15am), afternoon (13:25), and evening (16:00) - as I've tried reaching them to discuss this distasteful joke?? :(
This company gave my name to british gas for a bill at a house I haven't lived at for over 10years. When I did live at this property I was a child. This incorrect information passed on by this company has impacted my credit file and they say they are unable to do anything about it to get it taken away or resolved. Absolutely useless company giving wrong information that has an impact on someone who wasn't responsible for the Bill's.how can a company make false allegations or give incorrect information that takes effect on someone and there credit when they are trying to raise a family.?????
