Charged me 2.40 for a tiny mocca coffee when the menu was stating 2 quid. When questioned about it and pointing at the price menu I was given some nonsense about it being a large one. (would have been nice to have been asked about that also only one price on the menu for a mocca). Left me feeling robbed so wont be going back. Needs customer service training and Costa is about 4-5 times the size.
