Such poor customer service from Essex Grill in Chadwell, they did not care at all that I ordered online through their website using their postcode checker; an hour and 45 minutes waiting for it to arrive I ring up to hear a man in the background shout, 'oh yea tell her we don't deliver that far'. So rude, I have had a delivery numerous times from there to my address with no problem. Just to top it off I had to ring up after another hour and 20 minutes to remind them to send my refund. Absolutely appauling service, just to have a man shout orders at me in the background and then the lady on the phone hang up on me because they wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. Disgusted!!
