Although I couldn't move into Berkshire House because of a last minute change of work plans. Essential Living cancelled my contract and were extremely helpful given the last minute change. A lovely lady who works for essential living (Sophie Barker) took me through the whole process and helped me cancel my contract at the end sadly, with 0 problems. Super quick responses and extremely helpful and proactive team! Would definatley recommend to friends and will definitely be wanting to stay there if I work in Surrey again!

Stunning apartments where all details have been carefully considered and well executed. The residents team are awesome, extremely polite, thoughtful and make everything very easy. The process from viewing to move in was the easiest I’ve experienced in London, and a huge amount of credit has to go to Erin for that. From arranging the initial viewing, Erin was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which is so refreshing! She showed a real interest in our requirements and preferences, and really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect flat, while also helping to make the move in process really smooth. Highly recommended!!
Moved in a month ago and in love with my apartment, the views and amenities. Erin is great to work with and allowed me to view and secure my lease in less than 24 hours along with supporting a seamless move in process. Monica, Nash and the others within the on site team are fantastic as well - they're always available to help and have delivering on all action items to date. Happy Tenant :)
This concept is exceptionally clever for busy cities like London. The serviced rental apartments are not only of very high quality but staffed brilliantly. From the very first contact with Erin, who was professional, friendly and very approachable, and solved questions and hurdles like a pro, the process of finding a flat and moving in is faultless. Now that I am in, the smiles and can-do attitude of my lovely reception team (I live at Union Wharf, and Nash and the team are the best part of coming back home) the quick response of the maintenance team has spoiled me from ever moving out!!
Great experience viewing this living space. Erin Hunter was a perfect brand ambassador as she is efficient, friendly and very good at extolling the benefits. We made up our mind straight away to move in and felt confident in our decision. A great product, well-presented.
